In our ongoing efforts to preserve the rich history housed within Primitive Hall, we’ve recently undertaken an important conservation measure: the installation of an invisible, museum-grade protective film on the second-floor window panes. This film plays a crucial role in safeguarding the delicate interiors of The Hall.

Sunlight, particularly its ultraviolet (UV) component, is one of the most damaging environmental factors affecting historic buildings and their contents.

This enhancement reflects Primitive Hall Foundation’s ongoing commitment to conservation best practices. This is a museum grade improvement for The Hall that will aid in preserving artifacts for years to come.
